• Answer telephone and find out the nature of their inquiry.
• Provide information to assist clients or refer them to appropriate contacts inside the company.
• Replying to E-mail’s.
• Preparing & Keeping track of Invoicing & Delivery Note
• Quote to customers
• Type, format, or edit routine memos or other reports
Skills & Requirement:
Should be energetic in presentation at the client’s site.
Should have Graduate Degree.
Should have good knowledge of MS Office.
Should have good interpersonal skills.
